Beach logistics and the weather
Your order leaves our Singapore warehouse one or two days before the event, with DHL or Ninja Van, usually to a home or condo near the park. Vehicles cannot drive onto the sand, so plan how the cases reach your pit; same-day needs go by Lalamove or uParcel. Afternoon thunderstorms are frequent, especially in the monsoon months: keep a shelter or pavilion as back-up and the transmitter out of the rain. Delivery is quoted separately.

Can you deliver straight to a BBQ pit?
Couriers deliver to a street address, so most clients receive the kit at home or at a nearby condo and carry the cases to the pit.
Do we need electricity on the beach?
No. The TX-330 runs on its built-in battery, and each headphone plays for up to 10 hours on a full charge.
What happens if it rains?
Move guests and the transmitter under cover; the headphones work up to 500 metres away in open space.
Are sand and salt air a problem?
Keep the cases closed when not in use and brush off sand before packing. We check every headphone on return.
Do we need permission for a party in the park?
That depends on your plans, and checking it is the organiser's responsibility. We rent the equipment only.
Can children use the headphones?
Yes, with an adult keeping an eye on the volume. Every headset is cleaned and sanitised before each rental.
