Hire formulas: the answers
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, so we can reserve the model and quantity you want. November to February is the busiest stretch, with year-end parties, D&D, Christmas and Chinese New Year.
How does delivery work?
The kit leaves our Singapore warehouse and reaches your venue one or two days before the event with DHL or Ninja Van; for urgent deliveries we use Lalamove or uParcel. Delivery is quoted separately.
What if it rains?
Afternoon thunderstorms are part of life in Singapore. For outdoor events plan a covered back-up or a sheltered spot for the transmitters, and talk to us if the plan changes.
How does the deposit work?
Every rental requires a security deposit, returned once the kit is back and checked.
Can I rent for a whole season?
Yes, with the long-term formula, designed for regular use of the headphones.
