Data Protection Officer
For any question about your personal data, to withdraw consent or to make an access or correction request, write to our Data Protection Officer at [email protected] (subject: "PDPA").
What data we collect
The data you send us with the contact, quote and deposit refund forms (name, email, phone, company, event details and, for the deposit, the bank details for the transfer), the data you give us by WhatsApp, email or phone, and the technical browsing data needed for the site to work (IP address, server logs). We collect only the data that are reasonably needed for the purposes below.
Purposes and consent
- Answering your requests and preparing quotes.
- Managing the rental or sale, delivery, the deposit and its refund, and meeting our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
- Keeping the site secure and preventing abuse.
By submitting a form or contacting us you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your data for these purposes. We do not sell your data, we do not make automated decisions with them and we do not send marketing messages without your consent. We respect the Do Not Call provisions of the PDPA: we will not send marketing messages to a Singapore number registered on the DNC Registry unless you have given us clear and unambiguous consent.
Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [email protected]. We will tell you the likely consequences (for example, that we can no longer process an open quote) and stop the use or disclosure of your data within a reasonable time.
Who receives your data
We do not disclose your data to third parties except where required or permitted by law. The following may receive them on our behalf: providers of services we need (web hosting, email), the couriers that deliver and collect the kit (DHL, Ninja Van, Lalamove, uParcel), which receive the delivery details, and Silentsystem group companies in Europe (Italy and Spain) that help prepare quotes and organise logistics. If you use WhatsApp, the conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's terms.
Transfers outside Singapore
This website is hosted in the European Union (Germany), and the group companies mentioned above are in Italy and Spain, where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies. When your data are transferred outside Singapore we take appropriate steps so that they receive a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
How long we keep them
We keep personal data only as long as they serve the purposes for which they were collected or are needed for legal or business reasons. Enquiries and quotes that do not become a contract: no more than two years. Customer data: for the duration of the contract and then for the periods required by Singapore law, for example for accounting and tax records.
Access and correction
You may ask for access to the personal data we hold about you and how they have been used or disclosed in the past year, and ask us to correct any error or omission, by writing to [email protected]. We reply as soon as reasonably possible; for access requests we may charge a reasonable fee, which we will tell you in advance.
Protection and data breaches
We make reasonable security arrangements to protect your data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the whole site. If a data breach is likely to result in significant harm, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and the people affected, as the PDPA requires.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we handled your data, write to us first; you can also contact the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) of Singapore.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page. Last update: October 2026.
