Every headphone is cleaned and sanitised before each rental and goes through a function test: battery, channels, volume and lights.

What is the difference between the models?
The SX-809 is the classic, with a light-up frame and Super Power Bass. The SX-553 is a comfortable over-ear with crisp sound. The SX-839 has Double Function, to share the music with a second headphone. We suggest the best model for your event.
Do the headphones use Bluetooth?
No: they use professional radio frequency, which has no lag and links hundreds or thousands of headphones to the same transmitter.
How many headphones can one transmitter serve?
There is no practical limit: every headphone within range receives its channel.
Will the heat and humidity affect them?
The headphones are tested before every rental and the kit includes spares. For outdoor events, keep the transmitters sheltered from rain and direct sun, as you would any audio equipment.
Can I use them for a conference or a guided tour?
Yes, although Silentsystem has dedicated systems for those uses, with more channels and microphones: see silentsystem.com.sg.
