How delivery to Orchard works
Orchard addresses are served from our Singapore warehouse by DHL or Ninja Van, timed to arrive one or two days before your event. For urgent or same-day requests we can book Lalamove or uParcel. Malls and hotels usually receive goods at a loading dock with fixed hours, and condos often ask for advance registration with the management office, so share those details when you book.
