Our Singapore warehouse sends the kit to one-north one or two days ahead with DHL or Ninja Van. Most buildings here have a loading bay and a security desk that need advance notice, so give us the tower name, the floor and a contact who can receive the cases. Last-minute extras travel by Lalamove or uParcel. For a garden party at Rochester Commons, agree a covered fallback with the venue. Delivery is quoted separately.

Yes. Any audio source can feed a channel, so a speech or video soundtrack can play on one while music runs on the others.
Do you deliver to research and office buildings?
Yes. Tell us about the loading bay and security desk, and we time the delivery for one or two days before.
Can we book several launches at a better rate?
Yes. The tailor-made formula covers projects of at least three planned events, with an optimised price.
Do you produce the event?
No. We rent the headphones and transmitters; the programme, content and music are yours.
Is the kit quick to set up?
Yes. Headphones arrive charged, and the transmitter connects to your audio source with a standard cable.
