Shipping the kit to the west
DHL or Ninja Van carry your order from our Singapore warehouse to arrive one or two days before the event. University halls and hotel loading bays often have fixed receiving hours, so tell us who will sign for the cases. For extra headphones at short notice, Lalamove or uParcel can bring them the same day. Outdoors at the lake, keep a sheltered spot ready in case of rain. Delivery, set-up and technicians, if you need them, are priced separately.

Can you supply a whole NTU hall event?
Yes. Tell us the number of students and channels; we have 5,000 headphones in our Singapore warehouse.
Will a D&D crowd really dance with headphones?
Many guests find it easier: they slip the headphones off to chat and back on for their song.
Can we run three different playlists?
Yes. Each headphone switches between three channels, and the LED shows the colour of the one chosen.
Can we hold a silent disco in Jurong Lake Gardens?
If your gathering is permitted there, the kit works well outdoors. Checking what is allowed is up to the organiser.
Do you offer on-site technicians?
Yes, for large or complex events, as part of rental with assistance. We do not provide DJs.
When is the deposit returned?
After the kit is back in our warehouse and every headphone has been checked.
