Delivery to Sentosa and set-up on the beach
Your order travels from our Singapore warehouse across the bridge to Sentosa with DHL or Ninja Van, one or two days before the event. Last-minute additions can go by Lalamove or uParcel. Resorts and beach clubs usually receive deliveries at a back-of-house entrance, so give us the venue's receiving address and contact name. Yacht charters may ask you to bring the kit on board yourself.

Yes. Sentosa is covered by our normal delivery across Singapore, and the kit arrives one or two days before your event.
Is there power on the beach?
You do not need any. The TX-330 transmitter runs on its own battery and the headphones last up to 10 hours.
Are the headphones safe near sand and sea?
They are built for outdoor use, but keep them away from the water's edge and out of the rain, and store transmitters in a sheltered spot.
Can we use the kit on a yacht from Sentosa Cove?
Yes. Battery operation makes boats easy. Check with your charter company how many guests and how much equipment they allow on board.
What if a storm interrupts the party?
Guests simply move under cover with their headphones on. We recommend planning a covered back-up space for outdoor events.
